• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and encryption keys

2. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to use Eclipse Veil for:

• Illegal activities
• Abuse, harassment, or threats
• Distribution of malware or harmful content
• Circumventing laws or law enforcement
• Intellectual property violations
• Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
• Impersonation or fraud

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, send, or store.

Users may delete their account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, all data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

7. Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• Billing is handled by third-party providers (Apple, Google, Stripe)
• Refunds are subject to platform policies of the respective app store
• Price changes will be communicated in advance
• You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period

8. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, and designs belong to Eclipse Veil.

Users retain ownership of their content. By using Eclipse Veil, you grant us a limited license to transmit and store (in encrypted form) your content solely to provide the service.

Users are responsible for their own regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, financial regulations) when using Eclipse Veil for business purposes.
